Breeding Dilemma

I have 2 does and 2 bucks. I am trying to breed them today, AND, having NO luck! This is my first time breeding, so any suggestions would be good.

1) My one buck is mounting my doe, she will let him. But he's not falling off. Does that mean that she's not bred? Or does he not have to fall off?

2) My other pair, the doe REALLY wants to breed, she keeps trying to convince the buck to mount her, and he's just laying there like he doesn't care. He chased her around once, and that was it.



Any suggestions???

How old is the second buck?


Some bucks move aside when they're done, and some dont. The ones I just bred are a good example. He'll do his thing and then rest in that position. The doe was willing so just laid there as well.

He's 7 1/2 months.

Since in your profile it only says Californians so I am going to make the assumption he is just not mature enough yet.
