I want to say she's frosted pearl - but your description of her color and calling it a 'cinnamon' color or something - makes me wonder. To me - cinnamon is more of a brown - and frosted pearl seems to have more of a silver to it.

Here's my frosted pearl doe Minnie......arg...unfortunately I don't think I have close-ups of her and I'm not sure I can get her to stay still today for me to get a closeup. But her "overall look" is that she has sort of a silverish look to her from the tips in her fur.

Hopefully Pam will see this and your other pictures and comment.

As far as breed? I'm clueless!

These are pictures of Minnie when she was younger...from the breeder.

She is a "frosty", but I don't have any good guesses as to breed. We know she is a non-extension agouti and that the non-extension gene is most common in the Holland Lop and red/orange/fawn breeds. At 6 lbs., I'm guessing she's a Heinz 57 ;)

Pam - I've never really understood this - what is the difference between "frosty" and "frosted pearl"? Are they the same thing?

Sort of the same - sort of different ;)

The Angora Pearl can be interpreted to be shaded sable points in various colors as well as the agouti frosties we see in other breeds.

The Lop standard describes the Frosted Pearl as a shaded variety where the Holland Lop standard classifies it as a ticked agouti wide band variety. The descriptions and classifications are different, but the variety is basically the same.

Thanks, guys!

Given her fur consistency (very much like Flower's), I'm guessing she's probably from the same family of bunnies Flower came from. Both could have easily been bought in Chinatown here in Los Angeles. I wouldn't be surprised if they were actually related...literally. Same fur type, same body type, same size, etc. Cinnamon's head is a little smaller than Flower's, and her markings are different...but otherwise, they're incredibly similar buns.

Ooh...frosty...how elegant! Hehe! :)
