Bossy female?

I have two Dutch bunnies: neutered male and spayed female. Lately Miss Bunny mounts the male and pulls out bunches of his fur. He undergoes it patiently until she is done. Sometimes she makes mating movements along with it. They have bonded well. What is this?

I guess it's a problem only if she pulls out quite a bit of hair.
