bored bunny

Heyy, new to the site so HELLOO .
but I adopted a bunny about a month ago. They did not tell me her gender or age. but im guessing she is a female and about 6 months old. She is a mini rex, adorable and all around a great bunny. She gets to free roam around my apartment all day, i never close her up in her cage. She has hay all the time, fresh water, pellets, and vegetables. But i feel like she is bored. I was hoping someone would have some ideas on how to keep her from being bored. She has a few boxes and things to jump on. Any ideas ?

Spend time with her of course. Talk to her, give her nose rubs, even hand feed her some food.

One thing I will do at times for the buns just to mix things up a bit, is I will scatter their pellets across the floor so they have to walk around finding them to eat instead of just sitting at a bowl.

You can find plenty of toys for your bun. Whether or not she'll be interested is another story. Plastic baby keys, plastic slinky, empty paper towel or toilet paper tubes. You can stuff these with hay as well. Fill a brown paper bag with some hay and treats and fold it up. Toy balls made for cats. Concrete forms which you can purchase at home improvement stores. These are cardboard tubes big enough to make a tunnel for buns.

All these toys are handmade from a woman I know. They are all safe for bunny and he loves playing with them. I spent £11.50 on all of these.
Truffles also has a plastic tub filled with paper he loves to rip up and dig and last week at a car boot sale I bought some baby keys, a baby ball with a bell inside, and the baby pram chains you can get (the multicolored rings you attatch to a pram with things hanging off them.
Rabbits are quite cheap toys wise as they will pretty much play with most things, if they can throw it anyway
