Bonding with other animals

I adopted a bunny named Milo who's about one year old from a home full of cats. I think he isn't neutered but I'm not 100% sure. I slowly introduced Milo to my cat, Marie, and Milo isn't scared of her at all, which doesn't surprise me since he used to cuddle up with cats at his old home. The problem is, Marie is about 11 years old and just gets annoyed with Milo. She hasn't even come close to trying to attack him or anything, but she just treats him like an playful little kitten that won't go away. I'm relieved that she doesn't want to attack Milo but how can I get them to bond without her getting pissed. Milo has tried to cuddle with her and she just keeps hissing.

Also, my dog, Spats, who is scared of everything possible, is scared of Milo. While watching very closely, I have let Spats run around with Milo and she is kind of playful but scared at the same time. Milo isn't scared of Spats at all. I'm sure in no time, they will start bonding more but I wish Spats was a little less scared of her. At least she doesn't try to attack Milo either. Any suggestions for bonding with my cat or dog?

I'm not sure Marie is going to bond with Milo, but at least she seems to see him as a kitten & not prey. Just give things time to evolve.

As for the dog, eventually he'll get less scared. Once he sees that "oh, it's a cat with big ears", he may get a little less scared of Milo.

Does the cat like treats? I have an older cat that just wants to sleep on the end of the bed quietly. Gary loves to use her as a speed bump. It annoys her so she swats at him. I have encouraged her to tollerate him by giving the cat treats any time I see her close to the rabbit with out hissing or batting. She is ignoring him more and more. He still uses her as a speed bump but now she just gives him a dirty look then sees if she's gonna get a treat.
