I have decided to introduce a young (10 weeks) old female to my already bonded couple: Charlie (female/5) and Harley (male/3). Poppy, the new bunny, is not fixed yet due to her age but will be getting fixed asap.
I know that I won't get very far with bonding since Poppy is still raging with hormones, but I noticed that Charlie, the other female, is quite taken with her and almost acts as if she is her mom. She cleans her and cuddles her when it's just the two of them,
I had her also spend some alone time with Harley but it didn't go as well. Harley nips at her and tries to mount her (which doesn't surprise me) but if Charley is in the same room, Harley bites and chases her as well and completely freaks out on her.
Is he jealous? Has anyone else had this issue? Do you think it will resolve once Poppy is fixed?
