I have a fixed female 6 month old bonded with a male 3 month old. I have a 2 month old male that is in a separate cage. It was their first time seeing each other today. The pair was running around the room but the 2 month old was in his cage. The pair were just looking at him .. is that a good sign? And also they hopped on top of the cage of the male. I'll do bunny dates maybe a couple weeks later. I want the little guy to get used to the place and me. Hopefully this trio will work out. It only took me 4 days to bond my pair before.

I'd be cautious at this point to even consider your 6month old and 3 month old bonded. I'm assuming the male isn't fixed yet? If he is....disregard what I'm saying, haha, but if he isn't then he will be coming into sexual maturity very soon and start mounting and attempting to mate. I'm from the mindset you cant consider rabbits bonded unless they are all fixed. They may appear to get along fine now but hormones later could change things.
Then, as far as the 8 week old. He is just a baby and will get along with anybun right now. So again, same thing applies...when hormones kick in things could get nasty.
Trios are rare and difficult and offer many challenges to get them to work permanently. Spontaneous fighting is very common. Also, the 2 male/1 female ratio is a bit concerning as the two males will likely compete for the female.
Trios aren't impossible, just difficult. Me personally i would never attempt a trio but that's just me. But if you do, definitely wait until they are all fixed. Best of luck!

Yeah I'll get my male fixed when he turns 4 months old. He had been mounting my female ever since I put them together.
The foundation I volunteered for recommended 2 males and 1 female in a trio because they said 2 females rarely get along and will fight. But all buns are different and hopefully it'll work out.
Thank you for the advice :)
