I have a small girl bun and a lager boy bun that have been bonded since the day we brought the girl home from the fair.
After the boy was hurt (he jumped off a table) we had him to the vet. The vet told us to isolate him in a small cage so he wouldn't run around and mess up the bandages. We did this for about a month. After he was cleared by the vet as all good we put him back in with his mate and she tried to kill him. I mean cock fighting is nothing compared to this. Well the boy has already had his face shredded and had to have stitches.
Now they live next to each other with a fence between them. The girls tries to rip down the fence to get at the boy. It appears she has turned into more a Tasmanian devil that a rabbit.
Any suggestions on how to get them back together?
