This morning when I went outside to feed Rue (my 13 week old Holland Lop buck) he jumped for my hand and bit my hand! I was soo shocked! It wasn't a nibble because I was bleeding... His mom Lila has bit me a few times before, but after I bred her she's been fine. His dad Charlie has never bit me, he likes to lick and nibble my fingers
I've noticed Rue jumping at my hand before like he is mad that I'm touching the stuff in his hutch. Since he's so young, is this biting like a playful puppy or is this mean/aggresive?? If so, how can I stop him?
I hold him and cuddle him everyday and I take him in my house to run around so I think I spend enough time with him. I do have him outside but he has tons of straw, a big blanket, a heated waterbottle, and a heatpad so I think he's pretty warm. I want him to be happy and I hate when bunnies bite
Any suggestions would be great!!
