As most of you know my two girls have bonding issues. No way, No how!

Gracies cage was on the floor and fed up with Cleo sticking her nose inher cage and trying to bite her. Gracie lured Cleo to theback side of the cage by pressing her butt up to the bars. Ofcourse Cleo could not resist that temptation and tried to takeadvantage of the opportunity. Just as Cleo tried to biteGracie's butt, Gracie turned around as fast as lightening and bit Cleoright on the lip. There was no blood dripping, there is bloodthere tho.... almost looks like a knee when it has been scraped.

I do not want this to go untreated, I have read about puttingpolysporin on it, BUT it is right at the edge of her mouth. Whatworries me is infection of course, but will the polysporin hurt herbeing so close and what about the stuff that is gonna attachitself to the polysporin, ie food, dust, etc.

Any help would be appreciated.

I would recommend cleaning it out w/ someperoxide or something then putting a VERY thin layer of neosporin onit...with it being there you'll have to keep a close eye on it andpossibly keep cleaning it out.....

This is what we did, too.

Rosie-roo got out once and managed to bite both Brindle & Chippy on their faces.

I used the Pain Relief Forumula of Neosporin. IMO...with less pain the buns will not be so aware of the affected area.
