I have been trying a new way to pop Bindy in her hutch at bed time.
I pack away her toys while she watches and keep saying "bed time Bindy hop to bed"
and tonight wallah she seen me start packing her toys away and heard mesay the usual bedtime thingy and in she hopped right after she checkedout I packed away to her satisfaction LOL:D

What a clever bunny we have living in this house!!

And as I posted earlier she had a huge race around the house tonight and still she is happy to go beddy byes :D

I know I've said it before but I LOVE MY BINDY!!!!

Yay! That's great news. Doesn't it make bedtime sooooo much easier to have a trained rabbit?

I was telling Carolyn the other night how lucky I feel to have suchwell trained rabbits, because all I have to do is say "Cage Time" andthey hop right in.

Congratulations! :)

Either of you please feel free to come and train mine :D.

Actually mine areall better than they used to be but still-the thought of them hopping in as soon as I say bedtime is amost attractive one. What clever well brought up bunnies you both have:D.

Congrates! I was on the same path withShadow, but used food as a bribe, lets say it doesnt work anymore, sheis getting smart and likes her freedom:pgetting the thumps and dartsoff on me under the bed, then the grunting begins. Would begreat to hear different ideas on how to tackle the bedtime issue here:?

As soon as they would go into the cage, they'dget a raisin. Rabbits are smart (sometimes a little too smart) and itdidn't take very long at all for them to catch on.

Plus, it helped that I had one rabbit who was trained, who then trained the second one, who then trained the third.

I have been doing this for a couple of weeks andevery time she hops in I give her a pat on the little head and tell hershe is a good girl :)

sometimes it takes her a while to get the idea but she gets it. And lastnight she got it!

I try and keep the same routine at night time so it gets more and morefamiliar to her . Sort of like getting babies into a lifestyle routineif you know what I mean.

So to say, save the craisins orrainsins for bedtime if it works then? Will give it a try

It's consistancy really. We used to have to lureAbby in - she's our stubborn bun - but she caught on quickly enough.Praise and ear rubs of course, but nothing compares to raisins. :p
