Belly wound

Just found this on my 2yr old bun, its about a half dollar in size, hes eating and drinking normal acting normal as well,he was given fluids last Sunday and Tuesday not sure if it could be a reaction too something or if it could be something else. Any ideas?!

Is the tissue blackened like it appears to be in the photo? Was the needle stick anywhere near there? What was he at the vets for previously?

Its like a dark red color, he was at the vets for lack of eating, and im not sure where they would stick the needle to give him fluids.

If it looks lke a wound and dried blood, it's possible your rabbit could have self mutilated trying to get at a painful spot in the belly from the previous illness. If it's a wound and it's very deep at all, then your vet will need to put your rabbit on a rabbit safe antibiotic. If it's not a wound from your rabbit chewing at the area, the other possibilty would more serious, which would be cancer. But hopefully it's just a surface wound from your rabbit chewing at the area.
