Recently my rabbit has started to do things he wouldn’t normally do, he’s digging up his litter box and scratching it making it a mess, it makes the litter smell as he pees on the Plastic, he didn’t used to do it, and he’s started scratching in corners of the room.
He’s been to the vets for his annual check up and they said he’s fine.
Anyone know anything I can do?

He's just digging it's their natural instinct. He might want to get out if his enclosure is too small. Otherwise, everything is fine and nothing to worry about.

He doesn’t have an enclosure he’s free roam, but that’s fine then

Maybe you can change his litter box to a deeper one, or you can try a scatterless litter box.
