Hi everybun! I have two mini rex rabbits about 10 months old, both are neutered males. They used to have free roam of my room, they were sweet and would nap next to each other, their behavior was great other than a little destruction but that was nothing some chew toys couldn't fix. After i got a new bunny (they have no access to him) they began to be extremely destructive and kept chasing each other despite trying every tip I've seen to get them to stop so we had to move them to a smaller area, (which for some reason they seem to get along better in smaller areas like dog kennels, the chasing stops and they can tolerate each other). They're currently in a large hutch furthest from my door. They get time outside of it to get exercise but I've had to separate them for this time because they would do nothing but chase each other, grunt, and thump. They do this in the hutch as well. There hasn't been blood or injuries but I have seen fur tuffs around, also there doesn't seem to be an alpha bun because the dynamic keeps changing: sometimes Clover will be showing dominant bunny traits and next week its Ivy who's the boss. As mentioned I did get a third bunny (he's a larger breed:american lop, also neutered) who has free roam of the rest of the house without access to my room. I've tried bonding them to a trio in a neutral area but all they would do is fight/tornado and clover and Ivy's behavior has just gotten worse and worse, Ivy even bit me yesterday when I was cleaning! Have I broken their bond by introducing the new rabbit? Is there anything I can do to help them?
