So, Bugs has been acting weird. He is usually very excited and will circle me when he hears the pellet bag. Today, he didn't even sit up. He is still eating treats and ate a few pieces of hay I handed him, but won't touch his pellets. I gave him some baby gas drops about an hour ago and he doesn't seem any better. He also seems to be laying down a lot more than usual. I know this happened last time he had a blockage. I have school tomorrow, but I could take him to the vet if needed. I have critical care now. Do I give him some? Any help is appreciated. I'll attach a picture of him currently.1552264180716.jpeg

***as of posting this, he took a pellet but that's it

I’m glad he is doing okay now. I would recommend visiting a vet just in case he is sick and is just doing a good job of hiding it.

He was really freaking me out! Our bunnies sure do know how to make us worry! He has a vet appointment coming up soon, so I'll have her make sure his gut's doing good too.

I'm glad he's alright. I know, I hate it when my rabbits do that to me too. Maybe your bun was just tired. I'll sometimes feed my buns a little later than usual and they won't be acting as excited to eat and I'll start worrying something's wrong. Then I'll realize that I'm feeding late and they already filled up on hay and they're trying to nap, and would rather I not disturb them too much.
