bedsore

my bunny has a bedsore from almost a month we treated him with tetracyclin powder every 6 hours to dry the bedsore but in the hours from the night up to the morning it comes back again. It is paralyzed in a foreleg and it stays always in the same position where there is the bedsore what i can do to dry it?
