beds for rabbits

Luv is in a wire based cage. I notice she sits inher little box alot. Her feet are ok. no sores or anything.Is there any bedding i could get and put it in another container thatshe could sit in and hopefully not potty. I used to use cardboards forher to have something soft but she would potty on it.

You could get some fluffy bedding or shredded towel sort of bedding from a pet shop and put in a wooden nest box type of thing.

Im going to get a Cuddle Cup for my babies. Its likea dog bed but for small animals that fits in their cage.

You could get easy mats,I think thats the correctname,anyway they are plastic resting boards for bunnies and they haveholes in them they are washable too.They have them at tractor supplyand you can also order them from rabbit supply companies.klubertanz,bassEquipment.com,safegaurd.www.safeguardproducts.com.bluebird

My vet recomended newspaper for my rabbits. Theycan chew it and potty on it and all you have to do is replace it. YOucould always put cardboard on the bottom and put newspaper on top. OFcourse their little feet is going to turn black from the ink but i justuse little bunny wipes to get them clean.Most ink is child safe so thevet said it would be safe for rabbits to. Thanks everyone for all the suggestions....another question.... we are moving really soon and of course Luv iscoming with. We will have central air, will that be ok forher? Also after the move i want to combine the two cages ifthere is room in our new apartment. (going to a smallerplace) what would i use to clamp the two cagestogether.
