We got BB as a 14 week old bun in July. A 20-ish year old girl was backyard breeding show rabbits. BB lived in a hutch by herself, with no bunny or human contact. We brought her home and she got her own 4'x3'x5' cage with open access to a 5'x10' play pen AND free roam time in the house AND supervised harness time outside. She is not a big fan of hay, we currently have timothy, and she'll nibble it only if we put it in her cuddle box and not her manger. She loves vegetables, especially kale, but is not so fond of carrots. She likes her Daddie more than me, hopping up to him for head scritches, but she'll sniff me, thump and spin circles. She is going to the vet's on Monday to get a wellness check and assessed for getting spayed. We would like to eventually add a Netherland dwarf friend for her, and getting spayed is the first step to being able to do that.
