Can rabbits just have “bad days”? Because my spayed female bunny has been in a foul mood all day, lunging at me when I walk past, and didn’t come up for morning cuddles. She’s chill now and we’re having a cuddle but I haven’t quite forgiven her for her sass earlier today haha.

I think they can but thats my opinion
I think their mood changes can always be attributed to something. Whether it's feeling unwell or an injury causing pain, a sound or smell making them nervous/stressed, us ticking them off somehow(not petting them when they want, getting in their way, trimming their nails, taking them to the vet, etc). So even though we may not realize the cause of the mood change, I'm pretty sure there is always some event or something that's happened to set it off.
Can't get my treats... yeah, that would make me moody too
