Baby rabbits moving or intestines??

I believe my buck impregnated my doe are these babe movements

It looks possible, though I can't tell for sure in the video. When my doe was pregnant, how I could tell was seeing these unexpected movements on her belly when she was laying down. It just didn't look like it could be anything else. Usually a rabbits digestion won't cause belly movement unless there is stomach cramping or gas, for whatever health issue is going on, and then the stomach cramping/gas will be accompanied with loss of appetite and other signs of pain.
