A vet is probably a very good idea. Sometimes babies have things you can't see wrong with them, but I would be concerned with many babies dying.

Have you noticed any symptoms before they died? Right around weaning age is when young rabbits can develop intestinal problems...sometimes their digestive system just doesn't develop enough. It could also be something genetic...something passed down from the doe or buck. Take note of changes you see and take them to the vet....butsometimes you just don't know why.

YES! If any have died, I would get to the vet ASAP and get their oppinion. What are you feeding them? Diet changes could cause issues with young bunnies pretty easily.

What symptoms have you noticed with the kits dying? They aren't dying just to die. There is something going on. At that age I would think mucoid enteritis could be the reason they are dying.

Symptoms of enteritis include: Anorexia, listlessness, bloating, weight loss, increased water consumption, teeth grinding, and diarrhea.

What are they being fed? They should be on mother's milk, hay, and pellets, but the mother's milk should still be the main part of their diet. Has her diet changed any?
