The night after they are born. You need to see how many babies are there and if any have died you need to pick them out and get rid of any left over after birth.
 
Make sure not to take them out for too long. Especially if the doe is skittish or a new mom. She won't like you messing with her babies.
 
how old are they until you put them in a different hutch? Cause I've heard you put the babysitter in a separate hutch and how old until you can sell them?
 
When they are 6 to 7 weeks old, begin weaning them. You can't just take them all out and never let them see mom again, unless she has weaned them herself. ;)

I take them out and give them to mom in the mornings, and then it becomes every other day, and then by 8 or 9 weeks they are completely weaned.

The more you handle them the more they will be used to it.
