Baby bunnies in my parents yard

Today we went out to my parents to hang out and my mom said come and see this. she showed me where the baby bunnies are. she said she is afraid that they will die since they never see the mum.

Well just so happen that my mom wanted to make a phone call to our cousin and she went to the front porsh. There was the mamma feeding her babies. I got pics of the babies and mamma feeding them.

this is when we first got there. They got a little big of hair so looks like about a week old. My mom just found them few days ago.

wow that seems so dangerous to have the bunnies there.. isnt it? I would think a cat or dog would find them easily, unless there's a fence.

No there is no fenced in yard at all. My dad was like take the babies with you. I told him I can't because they need their mamma to feed them, if I was able to get the mamma and the babies I would have them in our back yard adn they could eat the garden I grew too.

That is so cool, but it does seem strange that she would have her nest out in the open like that. I hope you can continue getting pictures of them as they grow. There was a nest in my yard a couple years ago. The babies were so cute hopping around the yard.

Thanks Jan, My parents are leaving for the night will be home either late tonight or tomorrow am. I will call her tomorrow to see if they are ok.
