Well, here are some pictures I snapped this morning. All are doing really well. Even Twila's little runt, which we fostered with Alfie (who was only feeding 5).

First, some of Ad's babies:

This one, I think, is a smoke pearl. Will be able to tell for sure when he/she is bigger.

And Twila's 9, with one hiding with her, hoping for a free meal.

As always, Ad made some pretty babies. Lot of darker colors this time around.

And those Calis, they are just so precious.

Congratulations to all those healty babies. Hoping Moms are doing well also.

K:)

Thanks, everyone. :)

Moms are all doing well, too. We've been very fortunate with our breedings so far. I just hope all goes well with Rosa, who is due in a few days. Then that'll be it until after August (when I have to breed Trisha and Max before it's too late).

Adeline had mostly opals, because she was bred to an opal. The neat colors came from that one breeder's lilac chin. I still have Boo, Rew, and Frostie for the color part.

I love them all, but it takes a LONG time to pick everyone up, talk to them, etc. One of Adeline's is a cry baby...it left out a squeal yesterday. Now to figure out which of the 6 opals it was, so it can get even more unwanted attention...until it figures out we're not gonna eat him. lol

Melissa, they don't make any noise. Well, they shouldn't, anyway. LOL There's one opal kit in Ad's litter that squeals every now and then. But that's not normal, and hopefully he/she will stop with more handling.

I can't wait to see how they grow, either. I just hope it's a good cross. I'll know in a few months, although the suspense is enough to drive a person mad. haha

It does it when it tries to get loose and can't. I honestly think it's because it got skipped a few times during my daily handling. It's hard to figure out which ones I picked up and which one might not have been...since there are 6 opals.

This is only my second set of litters, so I've been winging it. LOL But Adeline's last litter were all different colors, so it was easy to make sure they were all messed with. And Twila only had 3 Cals, so that was easy enough. So this is the first time I've had so many completely the same.

I handled all my previous ones, since birth, including turning them over. Now, at over 3 months, they don't mind when you flip them. It's pretty neat watching them grow and trust you. The breeder that I exchanged babies with said she could tell that I handled them and loved on them, because of how friendly the one she got is.

Aww Wendy :( I wish I could have them all!! You must such a gigantic set up to be able to separate soo many bunnies 0_0 I want a huge set up :( then I could have billionssssss

LOL! My setup is small, compared to most. And I've found out that it's never big enough. I have 3 empty holes right now, and 29 babies. And since I want to keep a buck and a doe from Ad's litter...and 3 does and a buck from all those Cals, I need to buy more cages. Again. LOL

OMG, I want them all! They are so very adorable! I am glad to hear you handle them every day. I know not all do but I would think it would make it all so much easier on the eventual owner and would make the bunny owning experience that much better which would help cut back on unwanted buns sitting in shelters or worse.
