So, we went to PetQuarters which is a small pet store nearby us, and they carry a few bunnies at a time. The bunnies aren't the best kept, but they do have a larger pen than other pet stores. Anyway, there were cats at the pet store too.

So, we're walking around, the store is pretty empty, and the workers come and help us look for whatever we were looking for (dog food i think). i like how the people there are always so helpful.
Anyway, I was walking around, looking for bunny stuff, and I saw a beautiful, but skittish, black lionhead. The worker came over and asked if i needed help. I asked him questions about the rabbit; I wanted to see how much he knew. He knew an awful lot! I was very pleased, especially when he scooped up the rabbit with gentle hands and cuddled her. Then, I turned around, and I saw a few other workers playing with the cats, and taking them out and cuddling them. It just made me smile, because I have always liked tht pet store, and then to see them and how devoted they are to the animals made me happy, because not all pet stores are like that.
Just thought it might make you smile too!

Yep.. Thats one pet store i really do trust. They just know so much about the animals they raise!

We just went to a pet store in our town to look at a couple lion heads there and get more bedding for Faith. (Poor bunny has been peeing and pooping in just the litterbox.)

They are really great there. The staff takes the puppies out on a free run several times a day and never gets them from backyard breeders. They are all super happy and were licking us all to death. The bunnies I know are handled regularly and are super happy and friendly.

I'm glad there are some redeeming pet stores.

Aww Yay!! Most of the time, puppies and pet stores are the worst mix! It's worse than having a rabbit in a pet store, but every now and then, you find people who really do care
