Go to "MY ACCOUNT" at the top of your screenright beside the search button. Click on Avatar....click browse toupload your picture...it cannot be bigger than 100 pixels so you needto shrink down the picture quite a bit. In that area you can alsoaccess your profile and update your preferences.
