Does anyone have any idea how to make a flashing avatar in adobe photoshop?

I don't have a clue how to make it through Adobe Photoshop...but I did make mine from the Guide to make your own animated avatar thread. It mentions a program that's REALLY easy-to-use.

I haven't done it for a few months, I think I remember... GIF Animator is easier though. I've been meaning to get one done of my bunnies for Christmas << Made an Ebony picture and didn't get any further.
