I guess one can learn something everyday about buns. Today while giving the meds to my mini-rex, I found out that they have four sets of incisors on top. Two front-top one's which are commonly seen and two little one's that look like pegs. At first it spooked me that there is something wrong, but after a little research I realized that its normal. :bunnydance:

Yep - perfectly normal :)

It's actually "2" sets on top (4 total top incisors), commonly called "peg" teeth (not to be confused with the term for simple malocclusion "pegged" or "trap" teeth).

The second set of incisorsis one of the reasons that rabbits were changed from the "rodent" classification to "lagomorph" 1912.
