Darn it, they must have sold them already. :-( They are getting out of rabbits, and had 2 bucks and 2 does, Lionheads, for sale. The blue doe was really, really nice.

It's probably because it's a facebook page. If the page owner has privacy settings to where only friends or "fans" can see it then we won't be able to see it.

I suggest PMing Zrabbits if you truly think it's a bun she would be interested in

Yeah, they're gone, because the post was deleted. And it wasn't a privacy thing, because it was posted on an open group.

I'll keep my eyes open. When I saw that doe, I thought, "Neville would love her!"

I've noticed that I've starting doing similar things when I see buns for sale. It'll pop into my head OH! [x] on the forum would love him/her!!

Nope. Baby steps. I guess I'm odd that way, but I've always been very cautious when it comes to living creatures. I understand the logic of a trio, but I just want to make sure and not get overwhelmed. I've seen this before in other rabbitries where someone starts out and has no clue and then has bunnies galore.

Ohh...I thought it was SOP to go with trios.

I do have to be very careful! I can see me going from 0 to 200 in less than a year. LOL I'm already saying to myself, "We can keep all Ad's babies, and keep all Twila's babies..." If room were an issue, it might be easier to part with some. But I keep justifying it by saying, "We have room here, and here, and here..."

Is Neville completely back to normal tonight? Luna still just taking everything in stride? They're both so cute! Have you run through your color options, for when you can breed them? It looks like you're going to get some really interesting babies from the two of them!

Not wanting to have 200 in less than a year, is, I assume, why Karen isn't getting another doe, at least not yet.

That's what I've read from every breeder book that says you need to start with a trio. As I am an independent thinker, I'm doing it my way. lol

Understand about keeping them all. Adeline gave you such an array of coloring and beautiful healthy kits, it be hard for me to pick and choose who's best.

Neville is completely back to normal tonight. I'm am so thrilled. We had him out this morning for his run (we didn't stop his usual schedule so as not to make him think there was really something truly wrong) and he was running straight lines, moving right and left, moving his head both ways, cleaning himself, so we are really pleased.

Luna is amazing. She has settled in so nicely. And yes, I've done the color options and can Blue Torts, Chocolate Torts, Blue Broken, Chocolate Brokens, and possibly even Lilac Torts and Brokens. I'm really looking forward to see what these two will bring to ZRabbits. My hopes is that a beautiful doe comes out of this pair and then I will have my trio.

But they have to grow up first. Baby steps as they say. I'm not trying to set the world on fire, but am trying my best to not do anything to harm my babies. Neville and Luna will always be my pets. They are my loves as Dobby, Kreacher, and Willard are.

It's just me. Still looking into shows. Still looking to be part of ARBA. Still looking to discussing everything under the sun regarding rabbits and lion heads.
