I drive a 2001 Honda Civic ex....4 door. It is manual.
I have been hearing something for a time and took it to my friend/mechanic today...
Bad news...my transmission is going. He said a brand new one would be more then what my car is worth...(great)...a junk yard one is up there as well, (coming up on my timing belt crap too)...anyway...when we were talkinghe asked me if I knew anyone that had a clunker honda....
He said that is someone has a clunker honda I guess they are like getting rid of...if it has a blown motor in it or something even that is ok, cheaper to fix....so what I am asking of you all...
If you or anyone you know has a crap car, doesnt run and the transmission would fit my car...I would pay for packaging and shipping and what not to get it here to NC.
I would need to know year, make, model and what was wrong that it stopped running...so John can check to see if it would work...
Figured there are so many of us on here it was worth the shot to ask!
