Poor thing- I don't entirely understand why the RSPCA can't get organised to go and rescue her.....

Thats sad, one month!.. she needs food atleast, or water.. if she fell from the top she probably broke something... -.- the SPCA neeeds to do something,

How could they think she was getting the basic needs from such a small ledge, Also what if the weather got so bad she got whipped into sea?

It's been a month there, so obviously she is getting water and food. From the looks of it isn't a small ledge.
I say leave her there, the cost to the coast guard to mobilise to save one sheep is ridiculous.
She looks well fed and she wouldn't be alive after one month of being on the ledge if she was seriously injured.
