im wanting to give lucy and amarty some black sunflower seeds as part of a special treat

can i ask are black oil sunflower seeds the same as black sunfliower seeds

i no just to try say 2 say a week ( no more )

no problem as i no there pritty high in calories

I'm pretty sure they're the same. Here's what I found...

"For commercial purposes, sunflower seeds are usually classified by the pattern on their husks. If the husk is solidly black, the seeds are called 'black oil sunflower seeds'. The crops may be referred to as 'oilseed sunflower' crops."
