Are these rabbit dropping healthy?

she's never had one that big before! Lately she hasn't been eating her pellets

Sometimes one of my bunnies will have them. I don't know why for sure, but I think it could be lack of fibre. Why has your bun stopped eating pellets? Is she eating hay or veggies?

She hasn't stopped eating them but she's not eating very much

If she's always been like this, maybe she's naughty like mine and doesn't eat much hay. You could experiment with other brands of pellets/types of hay to see if there's a kind she likes better.

But if this was a sudden development, I'd go see a vet. Loss of appetite can be due to pain or serious gut problems.
