Are the ingredients in this subscription box treat safe...

I got my bun one of those bunny subscription treat/toy boxes for Christmas and these are the ingredients of one of treat bags:

Pumpkin, ground oats, barley, potatoes, apple pomace, sunflower oil, molasses, cinnamon, vanilla, natural flavor

I've never heard of potatoes being ok for rabbits, starches were always a big no for me?

Potatoes shouldn’t be given to rabbits so I would say no on that.

As a rare treat where he only gets 1 or 2 pieces it will be fine. As long as he doesnt have an overly sensitive tummy.

A tiny amount of these things won't kill them but I never give treats as nearly all of them are very unhealthy. I use pellets and fresh herbs and dried forage as treats. Much safer.
