Are all garden veggies generally ok?

We have a pretty good garden this year. I'd love to share more than just the romaine and green leaf lettuce with our rabbits. Are beet leaves OK? How 'bout Swiss Chard? Kohl Rabi leaves? Mint? Lavendar?
