Hey guys!
So I was thinking of adding Tai Chi to the regular exercises I do(though it's more of a good stretching/toning thing, right?)...but Ihave no idea where to start as far as learning it (and knowing I'mlearning from a reliable source). Does anybody know TaiChi? If so, where/how did you learn it? Also, if itwas from a video, what's the name of the video?
