Anybody do machine embroidery?

My son wants to put a small patch on his jacket.. Maybe a 4-H clover.. with

Or something like that.. all pretty..

He wants the patch white and the letters and trim kelly green..

I tried having it done, but I have to pay a $150 setup fee, and they only take orders of 50 patches.

Does anybody have the ability to do this? Of course I would be willing to compensate..

One of my coworkers wives is a huge quilting fan and embrodiers (sp?)the quilts she and her "team" make,so I bet she can do it with her super-computer sewing machine (seriously the thing is hooked up to her computer and is quite amazing)..

What colors, size etc are you looking for and I'll see if she can do it and how much she would charge.. Further, she loves doing this stuff and works at fabric/craft/sewing store..
