hello..
im amelia from indonesia,
i have 4 bunnies, and 1 of them have white thing like dandruff on his skin and its seem itchy..is that a fungus?what should i do with that?:(

A pic would help.

Without a picture I can only give you possibilities. Mites is a good possibility, also fleas. The most common fungus that rabbits get on their skin is probably ringworm (contagious to humans!), but that would be circles of missing fur and red skin.

Is it localized to one area or over most of his body? Is the fur falling out? Is the skin red? Is he scratching at it a lot?

You'll want to separate him from the other bunnies and make sure you wash your hands after handling him to make sure you don't spread it to the other buns, whatever it is, until he's cured. By separate, I suggest another room all together. If it's mites or fleas, they'll spread quickly by crawling along the walls, etc. Fungus usually stays on contact surfaces.
