She's just a baby so I don't know if you guys will be able to tell or not for sure, but I'm looking for some good guesses on what breed she is. She was sold as a petstore dwarf.

She's still pretty young... but the white under the chin *could* make her a dutch cross.

The white jowl is normal agouti pattern coloration, which a fawn rabbit would have.

The red New Zealand as well as the red Satin are both genetic wideband colors having the appearance of a red self rabbit, and show no white agouti pattern markings.

Palomino or mix is a posibility.

Have you seen Butterfinger's new bunny, Flame? he's a Thrianta, looks a bit like your baby, a bit darker maybe. just my worth, LOL!

Palomino was the first thing I thought when I saw her, I didn't think she was dark enough to be a red NZ. I could be wrong, though, I thinkthat happened once, a long time ago. ;)

Ahhh, Silvie told me Palominos get big. I'm excited then, because I love big rabbits. Now I kinda hope she is one.

Thanks everyone for replying. :)

Tony is a cutie. :p

Tony is close to 10 pounds. It's like carrying a baby around! We love it! LOL!

I love my tiny little Clover but she doesn't want held.

Bo loves to be held a lot, but it's different. I like holding him too.

Tony will be held if he's had play time. It's just more rabbit to hug!

Ok "Keiran" should be somewhere between 4-5 months by now.

I didn't weigh him, but he is about the same weight as my holland lop Macey, or a little bit heavier. Probably 4-6 pounds maybe?

Any new guesses?

His fur looks really soft, is it?

Tony's isn't soft like a rex, or like clover... it's more coarse than most on the guard hairs and then undercoat seems like..... poofy LOL!

I ALWAYS forget that breed!

pam, see the picture where the fur on his back is a line? is that common or a bad thing? Tony has that right now for some reason.

The "prime line" down the back of the coat signifies a finished coat condition.
