Any fellow Breyer collectors out here?

I wanted to know if any other horse lovers are out there but me. If you know what Breyer is and you collect them, post below! I'd love to hear from you! I am currently making tack for the Traditional size models, but I do not sell. It's mostly for fun. What about you? Do you make tack? Thanks for posting! :biggrin:

Yes. I have 20. 2 of them ancient being passed down. I have a lot. I'll try and post pics but I love them all. They're sooooooo expensive though, they also stopped selling them where I live so I order online... occasionally.

I know. I would definatly buy a bunch of them if I had the money. Have you ever thought about going to Tuesday Mornings? I dont know if there is a store where you live, but there, you can get one for $20 or less.:wink

We collect them quite passionatly and have them on display in our living room. We've got four 6 foot bookshelves with models on them.

I also collect Peter Stones and some resins. I have one, my favorite, it's an animal artistry resin called Amankhar, costed me around $450 but he's BEAUTIFUL.

This one is not ours but its the same model.

We used to attend shows all the time and still hold 2 each year, it's great fun.

I used to, but now I'm selling them on-and-off on Ebay. I'm keeping a few that aren't worth selling for my daughter when she's older, but we're in tough times and they're just sitting in the basement since I moved them out of my parents' house.

I used to have a lot of them, but got rid of them over the years. I still have some packed away. My favorite is one that my mother had when she was young - it's probably about 50 years old.

This is a pic of the very first model I ever owned (not my model in the pic, but it's the same as mine "Proud Arabian Mare".

I have a few Breyers collected, but only a few...and most were purchased used on bay. I do love Breyer though; just don't have the space to keep them.

I have Cloud:Challenge of the stallions,Footloose running foal,Morgan Mare & Foal set Palamino, Twin Foals,Banjo, Twilight Appaluso Foal... um lots more but that's all I can find for now.
