okay..according to the vets recommendations itis time to introduce veggies to tinkerbell. I went with parsley becauseA. it was on the list he gave me...B. it is only 59 cents for a bunch. She's been having about three sprigs daily for the past three days.

Well..the question is...she is having tons of mushy poopie. You knowthe kind I asked about before. Cecotropes? There was a ton smeared inher cage today. Does this mean she isn't tolerating the parsley? If sowhat should I try on her on?

Additionally I am having a problem with bedding vs. no bedding. Shedoesn't seem to like bedding. Every kind I have tried she just scootsit over in one corner and lays on the bare plastic floor of her cage.So I take it out and then the cage is a mess with the smeared poopies. So I put the carefresh in and she sort of scooted it, more likeburrowed a spot for herself. I was thinking she obviously prefers thatover the other kind I had gotten. Problem was she was peeing all overher cage when I put in the carefresh kind, although the mushy poopiesweren't smeared all over the cage.

I don't want her to pee all over her cage. She is doing so well going in the box exclusively for pee.

What do you guys think...bedding or no bedding? and what about theparsley vs. mushy poopies? And again, why so much musy poopies?

Thanks

Hummm...all I know about parsley is that it ishigh in calcium. Perhaps that might cause diahrrea.Try giving her less. Or, maybe a sprig of parsley and aquarter of a romaine lettuce leaf...? Sorry, not sure aboutbedding. I tried bedding for about a minute with mybuns. They didn't seem to like it.
