I am just about to walk out the door for a job interview as a CNA here in Waukesha, and I got a phone call to go for an interview in Pewaukee as a CNA! Ahh! Two interviews in one day!? Especially after not having any all summer! Whew! Wish me luck! :biggrin2:

Good luck! I hope you get it!

I am still waiting to hear from a couple of places.. I hate how hard it is to find jobs right now!

I think I got them both :grumpy:

One is part time, for $9.25 an hour, no benefits, no set schedule.

The other is full time, for $9.21 an hour, benefits (too many to list), first shift and able to work around my school schedule.

Should I take them both? I would be at the nursing home full-time during the day, then go to the home health care one in the evenings? I get to pick which cases I want to go to...

I could try and rake in some dough ;)

Sounds good! But just remember that old "all work and no play" adage. I know that if I work too many hours I start to hate my job. Plus aren't you going back to school too? And you'll need to make time for yourself too. Plus if you spend too much time working and going to school, when will you be on RO?:biggrin2: We'd miss you.

With the "part time" job, I get to pick my times/clients. They basically just ask you when you want to work, and you tell them. The full time one is during the day (minus the days when I would have my two classes). I never do anything fun, anyway. I play with the buns :) That is why I want to find a friend for Toby. Once I go back to work, he will be all alone :(

Exactly. I am going to have a lot of taxes to pay from 2008 due to being on unemployment since April... I do NOT want to see how much I'm going to owe next year! :( I need to squirrel-away as much extra money as I can. If I am going to get Toby a friend, I am going to need some extra funds to cover a vet visit, adoption fee, etc.
