Hey guys!

I'm totally crying out of happiness!!

I just got an email from Denise ("TrixieRabbit" and first mama of my girl, Trixie) telling me that she had her little Kayla Rose!! I couldn't be happier...she's been on my mind a lot lately, and I was so hoping things were going well...and then I find this out!! YAY!!

Here are Kayla Rose's stats:

Looks like Denise is pretty good at baby burritos! Maybe she learned by doing bunny burritos!

Trimming the baby's nails should be no problem!

They teach you how to wrap the baby at your pre-birth classes.My daughterwas born in late June (VERY hot here), and was none too pleased at being burrito'd! She kicked out every time. I was such an idiot. The thought that a baby could be hot nevercrossed my mind, so I just kept wrapping her up.I think I scarred her for life. She's 13 now and still kicksher covers offevery night.

That's too funny...I was thinking the same! With the 7's and the 14...and I thought I was weird for thinking that way!

Hey...do you add up license plates (including the numerical figure for the letters) to see if their even numbers? I do...hehe...and I also like it when I can balance the numbers on the left of the letters with the ones to the right.

Math runs BIG in my family...my grandfather was a math prof at Cal Poly Pomona and was the kind of man you couldn't play cards with because he couldn't HELP but count the cards. It wasn't even that he WANTED to cheat, he just couldn't help but count! Hehe!

Hi guys!
Just popping in to say Hi and to thank everyone for the congrats! Little Kayla is doing great and growing so fast! She is already up to 6 lbs 9 oz and she isn't even 3 weeks old yet! We brought her home from the hospital on July 18th at 5 lbs 3 oz, just so you have some idea how fast babies can grow! She was 3 weeks early and delivered via c-section (after 3 hrs of being induced and not dialting more than 1 centimer) due to me having severe toxemia...so I guess she is catching up. Her original due date was Aug 5th, but I agreee with what someone else said in a previous post, her birthdate is pretty cool! 07-14-07 is nice and balanced! Too bad she isn't balancing her days and nights....she keeps us up pretty much from 9pm to 10am...it's tough, but SO worth it!

Anyways, thanks again for the warm wishes! I miss my bunny peeps and I still miss my little Trixie Smooshy Face Princess Booty Baby...lolol.....

Thanks! Sometimes I think my little girl is going to be more in fashion than her mommy! They have such nice things for babies these days! LOL.

As for getting another bunny, not any time soon...first of all, my heart still belongs to Trixie. I don't know if I could ever have another bunny after having my little moo-cow bunny....MAYBE one day down the line, when Kayla is older and we have a house. I have a weakness for bunnies. In fact, Kayla's nursery has a bunny theme since her room used to be the "bunny room." So I can't rule it out....but it will definitely be a while!
