Am I going insane?

I woke up this morning with a hand waving in my face and FREAKED out.
Then I realized it was my own hand, and I was hot so I was using it like a fan.
Am I going insane?.. or should I just not wear long pants and a big shirt to bed? lol
(in my defense , it was supposed to be 9 Degrees Celsius, and i'm always cold)

You wouldn't by any chance have been lying on your arm making it go numb? I have woken up before finding my hand dangling in front of my face. It's sort of freaky as for a few seconds the hand doesn't seem to be yours:expressionless

LOL I woke up smacking myself in the face one time. Was ready to deck my hubby cause I in my half asleep stupor thought it was him. Only to realize that it was my hand, that I had fallen asleep on it and it was 100% numb.

One time some really LOUD snoring woke me up. The really pathetic thing is I was the only one in the room.
