WHY ARE THESE RABBITS SO EASILY PASSED OVER AS APET? I SAVED MINE FROM APET SHOP AND SHE IS SOLOVING AND SWEET.SHE IS ABOUT 8 YRS OLD ,AND HER NAME ISPATTY.BECAUSE SHE WAS TAKEN HOME ON ST.PATRICKS DAY,SHE WAS THE ONLYONE THAT WAS NOT BOUGHT.

It's true, all the shelters say they have the most trouble adoptingoutwhite bunnies with pink eyes.

So please keep telling people how specialthose white bunnieswith pink eyes really are!! They deserve good homes!

ohh i have two white bunnies with pink eyes,Strawberry and Raspberry

i did not realize they were classed as albinos lol



i also took in 4 baby bunnies a little while ago and 3 of them arewhite with pink eyes also,and they are just a bundle of little furry fun

Honestly, I used to be creeped out by pinkeyes. But lately I've been falling in love with pics of NewZealand Whites and REW flemish, so I apparently got over that.

It's so sad. In the UK,REW rabbits and black rabbits are the ones that are looked over

I think black rabbits are looked over here toounless they are a certain breed like mini-lopor lionhead.Some people do get "creeped" out by pink eyes. I don't. Those buns areas loving and sweet as any other.

I don't have any albinos, but I think they are really cute and interesting! It's a shame they are passed over so often.

I have been looking to adopt a friend forDelilah and one of the humane societies had a story of a lady thatadopted 2 of them for her kids because the shelter could not get peopleto even consider them because they were afraid of them. She posted picsand I would have taken one. She said they are sweet and awesome withher kids as well.

That's surprising..I always thought pure whites and pure blacks were quite pretty.
