I don't know if these count as an "ailments".
Mama bunny brought into shelter, found as a stray. Babies weren't found. Underside shows where fur was pulled and engorgement of mammary glands.
Another shelter bunny with bladder sludge/bladder infection had blood in her urine.
Newspapers placed on floor during exercise time and appearance of urine:
Testing with hydrogen peroxide confirms blood in urine:
