Man, I bought AE sports active yesterday for the wii and it has kicked my butt. Bob greene(Oprah's trainer guy) helped develope it and I definitely recommend it to people who want a bit of variation to their workout routine. I choose to start on Medium difficulty and I was sweating up a storm 1/3 way through. It definitely gives you a work out! Much more so then Wii fit.

The resistence band that comes with it is crappy, way too stretchy. But thats easily fixed by going out and getting an actual excersise band that is the right tension for you.

If you liked Wii fit you'll like this. AE sports is way more intense and actually gives you a work out. I found Wii fit to not be enough excericse and focused more on balance and yoga type excerscises. AE sports switches between cardio, and total body excercises like curls, squats, lunges(except its lacking abdominal excercises:?).

Just thought i'd share a great new "game" as I know there are a few people on here that like Wii. I just started my 30 day challenge and can't wait to see my progress.
