For my Grandparents (we won't see them till New Year). Me and my two cousins Jess and James.

Which is your favourite?

No no its all very helpful!

I'm steering towards the black and white too. I'm trying to think what else is in their house. I think all their photos are at least a few years old, before the black and white came 'back into fashion' so it might be a nice change (whereas in my room most of my photos are b&w!)

I know the second and third looks really happy and natural, but if they are likely to put it in a frame the more portrait style of the first and second might be better.

3ard is my fave, it's a great, natural, beautiful photo of the three of you, very classic. maybe ina silver frame:biggrin2:?

I'm in the minority here, but I like the first one. It's hard to get a photo of 3 people all looking at the camera with normal expressions on their faces, and that's a lovely picture! You can't see James' whole face in the other picture. As much as I like black and white photos, the clothing you three are wearing looks very modern and vibrant and B&W seems like it would be out of place to me.

Good luck deciding! Have you considered getting a double frame and putting both photos in it? That would be nice, one more formal photo and one playful one together in the same frame.

I wonder if you couldn't use the First and Third or even second and third in a double frame like this:
