My rabbit gave birth yesterday just noticed that she's got fresh blood at her bottom is this normal will she wash it or what should I do??

It is normal for a doe to still bleed a little bit a couple of days after giving birth. As long as she continues eating and drinking she will be fine. How many did she have?

You normally do not see the blood because they clean themselves so well, rabbits are cleaner than cats. I do not remember seeing any blood on a doe long after a birth, unless she had trouble and was to tired to clean, but when I have watched does kindle and checked them right after I have found blood on the does, babies, and fur in the nest.
She should be find. She may have just not felt like cleaning it all off and maybe got it wet so it looks still fresh. I believe 3-4 days is the cut off for normal bleeding, as long as she is acting/looks find I would not majorly worry.
