Look at how the man in holding the rabbit inplace, it is so mean! I am thinking about writing them a letter! Ithurts to hold them in place like that! Its pinching him! OUCH

Oh, that's just awful. Plus it sends outsuch a bad example of how to treat a bunnt. That poor rabbit. I wouldwrite them a letter if I was you. That's so sad. I feel so bad for thebunny.:(

:bunnydance::bunnydance::bunnydance::bunnydance::bunnydance::bunnydance::bunnydance::bunnydance:

wow thats a lot of dancing bunnies!!!

Poor poor Bunny! They should fire all theemployees that doesn't know how to treat them or even know how to holdthem properly!! :nonono:I would agree with Tina. I wouldimmediatley write a letter. It would also be nice to adoopt it also.

To Whom It May Concern:

I am the owner of seven rabbits.Recently I was browsing your PetFinder.org website and viewed aphotograph that to a great extent infuriated me. It is a photograph ofSprite, described as a petite male found in Saddle Brook, NJ. He issitting on a green tinted backdrop with a set of male hands holding therabbit in position. The man is pinching the skin of the rabbit to holdit in position. This does upset the rabbit in many ways. It hurts itbodily and psychologically. This photograph put on the internet is notan excellent method of showing citizens how to handle rabbits. Pleaseeducate your employees and your volunteers on how to handle a rabbit. It is painful for a human to be pinched; it is just as painful for therabbit. Just like a human, rabbits do bruise. Please remove the pictureor substitute it with a different photograph.

Sincerely,

A Worried Citizen

Don't send anything unless you are willing to sign it.

Anonymous letters are filed where they belong -- in the trash.

I'msorry every time I see that picture I get madder andmadder. What a horrible example to be setting. That poorrabbit. I wish I hadthe room because I'd take the poor baby, but I don't. I hope someone comes and adopts that sweet lookingbunn.

Sad, but true. And generally they won't take anything from a minor very seriously.

I adopted two of my buns from there...S'more & MooShu...mother and daughter respectively.

This particular shelter has often been in the spotlight foralledgedinfractions so they may do something as simple asremove the picture. If the picture is still posted next week maybe I'llstop by and ask them about it.

Awww c'mon JimD look at that face. You know you want to save her from the meanies.;)

This is just so wrong. It's bad enough when when they can'tfind homes and well we know what happens but to subjected to that typeof treatment makes it all the sadder.

I was going totype out a reply to this got more than half waythru the post and POOF it was gone ,maybe I should shut up but I dont feel Ican .

That picture People didexactlly what someone wanted toacomplish , got every one fired up andMad , Mad enough to fire a letter off ,Think about the Sneak tactics theseplaces use ,

Post a picture of a pathetic animal inhopes of hitting someones heartstrings , Post a picture of a guy pinchingthe rabbit and Instill anger ,Just enough to get someone tocome in and adopt that animal .

Step back and think of your reaction ,Anger , Frustration , futality , etc. Imsure 5 other people have gone in after seeing thisphoto to adopt that samerabbit only to be told he has beenadoted already BUT theresothers or there arecats sogs kittens puppies upfor adoption .

This place may be known forsuch treatement yes I agree BUT on hteother hand what better way toget people to come inand adopt animals , Torque themoff enoughand people will domost anything , especially when itensures the well beings of a animal ,.

Feel free to disagree , but thisis my opinion of such places and tactics, I have seen them before.
